AMBR is an alliance of mission based recyclers: Eureka Recycling, Minneapolis, MN; Eco-Cycle, Boulder, CO; Ecology Center, Berkeley, CA; and Recycle Ann Arbor, Ann Arbor, MI.
With Plastic Solutions Fund support, the Alliance of Mission-Based Recyclers (AMBR) will establish and lead a formidable recycling counterweight to the plastics industry. This will raise the bar for plastics recycling with new standards for collection, processing, and end markets to reduce virgin plastic use and drive toward peak plastic and a just recovery.
This alliance has the technical expertise, industry credibility and mission driven values to be the definitive voice on when and how recycling can be a viable solution to reduce plastic packaging.
